New stairs at the dock are the only ones at Lake Atitlan that have railings. These are actually made of steel.

The lakeside restaurant at Hotel IslaVerde has a wide variety of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. La Iguana Perdida hosts a big barbeque on Saturdays. Bistro Jacaranda's homemade bagels are a big hit with locals as well as tourists.

Things to Do

La Iguana Perdida's ATI diving center has scuba, snorkeling and water skiing. Kayaks are available at several places along the shore.

No banks or ATMs here. Panajachel is the closest place for changing money or ATM withdrawals. Hotel IslaVerde accepts Pay Pal.
